this costume represents rain cloud faery.
It has long velvet dress made of many panels; long, full, floaty cape made of grey muslim gauze reprezentig rain clouds with maching aurora collar detailed with cristals and a metal crown incrusted with large clear cristals representig rain drops.
I got inspired by Queen Amidala's Parade gown....
